I view my personal and professional network as a valuable business asset akin to "goodwill."

I recently shared with a vendor, "It's exhausting to wear all these hats." I happily invest in other people who "work well with others" and integrate with my existing team. Those hats get heavy, and delegation boosts my productivity and the morale of my business as team members feel trusted and valued.
