Step 1: Submit Your Marketing Assets
Send me your assets that you have rights and authorization to use and share so that I can create digital promotional material for your appearance on Executive Encore.
Don't forget to click the SUBMIT button before proceeding with Step 2.
Step 2: Schedule and Reserve Your Interview Date
After you book a date and time, you will receive a confirmation email. Ensure that the reserved date is added to your calendar.
Before you book, check that you have completed all the steps above.
Double-check that you clicked on the SUBMIT button in Step 1.
Step 3: Podcast Rating and Reviews
Have you listened to the Executive Encore podcast? Rating and reviews allow me to do a better job of promoting you.
Please take time to leave your rating and review from your mobile device or your desktop computer.
Step 4: Check Your Video and Sound Quality
Setting the Environment, Tone, and On-Camera Presence
Executive Encore is a video interview AND audio podcast. Quality Matters! Please consider using a high-definition webcam and high-quality microphone to help maintain quality production standards. If you use your Smartphone, please set your video to landscape. Please ensure a stable internet connection and check for background noise that can be distracting.
You and I will co-create an environment that sets a warm, relaxed, and congenial tone. A positive, optimistic, and inspiring tone and conversation is key to attracting views and listeners which is our mutual goal.
Step 5: Promotion
Watch your email for links and instructions on how to share your episode with your network and audience.
Your episode will be posted on YouTube, Spotify, and other podcast platforms. Your full episode will be featured in my weekly newsletter, along with scheduled YouTube and LInkedIn posts, including six months of sharing "feature snippet" videos and YouTube shorts. Please commit to posting comments and sharing with your network and audience on your favourite social media platforms.
Our joint commitment and efforts will serve the algorithms for getting value and return on promoting your episode and the channel.
