Step 1: Submit Your Marketing Assets
Complete the following form to send me the marketing assets you have rights and authorization to use and share. I will use these assets for the expressed purpose of creating digital promotional material for your appearance on Executive Encore.Â

Step 2: Schedule and Reserve a Date for Your Live Stream
After you book and reserve a date and time, you will receive a confirmation email. Be sure to mark the reserved date on your calendar.

Step 3:Â Â Podcast Rating and Reviews
Please listen to the Executive Encore podcast. Your rating and review will help me promote you more effectively.
Leaving your rating and review from your mobile device or desktop computer is easy.
Step 4: Check Your Video and Sound Quality. Set the Environment, Tone, and On-Camera Presence
Executive Encore is a video interview AND audio podcast. Quality Matters! The following will ensure high-quality video and audio:
- A high-resolution webcam paired with a premium-quality microphone.
- If you use your smartphone, switch your video to "landscape" mode.
- A stable internet connection and the removal of distracting background noise.
You and I will co-create an environment that sets a warm, relaxed, and congenial tone. A positive, optimistic, and inspiring tone and conversation is key to attracting views and listeners which is our mutual goal.Â
Step 5: Promotion
Keep an eye on your inbox for my follow-up email, which will provide the streaming platform link with detailed instructions for connecting your social platforms. This email will also include artwork and a swipe file to assist you in sharing your episode with your network and audience before and after your appearance.
Here is how I will promote you:
- Your episode will be promoted on LinkedIn and YouTube prior to the live stream.
- Your episode will be posted on my YouTube channel (on the Live tab and Video tab), Spotify, Apple, and other podcast platforms.

Your complete episode, along with your call-to-action offer, will be featured in my weekly Encore Blog and prominently highlighted in the Sunday Encore newsletter.
- YouTube and LinkedIn posts will be scheduled for at least six months, featuring a mix of "feature snippet" videos and shorts.
I deeply appreciate your commitment to engaging with your network by sharing and commenting on your favourite social media platforms.
Our shared dedication and collaboration will optimize the algorithms to maximize the value and returns from promoting your episode and channel.

The THRIVE program was born in 2013, inspired by my own transformative experience with cancer. By 2018, the program had grown to amplify the voices of women who continue to make meaningful contributions through their life’s work, celebrating the power of longevity, wisdom, and personal resilience.
In 2022, I launched Executive Encore to share inspiring stories of women discovering purpose and fulfillment after 60, while also drawing insights from thought leaders.
Recognizing the need to honour the voices of younger women entrepreneurs who reached out to me, Executive Encore has since evolved into Remastering Life & Work After 40, 50, 60, and Beyond—a platform celebrating reinvention and empowerment at any stage of life.
